At our hotel, we want to offer our guests flexibility and transparency in the booking process.
Below we detail our sales and cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation:
The client can cancel their reservation without any cost up to 7 days before the arrival date.
We understand that plans can change, so we offer this option so that our guests can adjust their stay without penalties.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival:
If the client decides to cancel their reservation during the 7 days prior to the arrival date, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Since these cancellations occur very close to the date of stay, it is difficult for us to reoccupy the rooms, so this fee applies.
No Advance Payment:
There is no need to make an advance payment at the time of booking.
We want our clients to feel safe and comfortable when booking with us, without having to commit funds immediately.
Grace Period:
We offer a 4 hour grace period from the time the booking is made.
If the client decides to cancel within this period, no charge will be applied, regardless of how close the arrival date is.
This grace period allows for any errors or immediate changes of plans to be corrected without penalty.
