Jubierre
Jubierre has unique views little seen outside of the Living Desert called Los Monegros.
Its gorges and rock formations attract many film and commercial producers looking for a rare setting.
The route can be covered by car, motorbike, mountain bike or on foot and there are several signed paths for hiking.
From the top of the sierra one can catch views reminiscent of Far West films.
La Gabarda
La Gabarda is a tamed version of Jubierre, that is, it offers beautiful landscapes and rock formations but the roads are in better condition.
It is easily accessed by car and has walking trails and an old Arab fort en Alberuela de Tubo.
There is also an adventure park with ziplines, rope bridges and other activities to enjoy.
La Laguna de Sariñena
With its 8-kilometer perimeter, the lake in Sariñena is one of the 10 largest lakes in Spain.
According to the Sariñena Town Hall, over the last 15 years over 200 species of birds have been spotted there, many considered rare in the Iberian Peninsula.
It’s the perfect location for bird watching.
